Politique d’expédition

We provide a variety of shipping methods unique to each region. During the checkout process you will be provided with a variety of shipping methods and pricing unique based on the logistics & delivery partner selected to fulfill your order during the checkout process.

Once you have completed the checkout process and established an account with CHANTE JENAE all your orders can be tracked online via your account. You will be provided with shipping information regarding all your orders and the status of each shipment.

All shipments include a unique order number and a tracking number which can be used to track your shipment online.

Fixed Shipping:
Fixed priority shipping is currently provided to the following regions at a rate of N$ 90.00 per order.
